Prof. Deborah Hall, Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre Deputy Director, Hearing theme lead and Outcome Measures for Clinical Trials lead, has been awarded a Senior Investigator position with the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). This is in recognition of her outstanding leadership of patient and people-based research within the NIHR Faculty. NIHR Senior Investigators are among the most prominent and prestigious researchers funded by the NIHR and are appointed through annual competitions informed by the advice of an international panel of experts.
